Do you do rush orders?
Sometimes—depending on the week. Share your deadline and we’ll confirm availability and any rush fee up front.
Can you embroider on items I already own?
No, not quite yet—but hopefully in the near future!
What’s the minimum for team/group orders?
No strict minimum—most group orders start around 6–12 pieces. We’ll help you keep sizing and placement consistent.
How do I approve my design?
We’ll confirm placement and personalization details before stitching. For more complex designs, we can share a simple proof for approval.
